"Anonymous Data" means data that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data. Anonymous Data does not, by directly or indirectly, permit the identification of individual persons.
We do not collect or store any Personal Data except when you specifically provide it to us. You do not need any registration to visit our Sites. You can visit the Sites without giving us any information about yourself.
If you contact us via e-mail or using the contact form, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other information included in the e-mail or contact form. By submitting the contact form or sending us an e-mail, you authorize us to use the provided information to respond to your requests or to aid us in serving you better. to optimize or improve our Sites, Apps and Services;
to provide the Services and Apps you request;

We could collect information from you when you buy the premium features and services we offer in our Apps available on the App Store and Mac App Store. Your purchase will be processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details. To identify your successful purchase, we could receive your email address and the selected subscription period and type.
The information we collect from you may be used to grant you access to premium features and services and to respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
We do not have access to (a) the information you enter into our Apps, this is only stored on your computer or mobile device and (b) data you sync via iCloud or any other third-party services.
We collect Anonymous Data when you visit our Sites or use our Services. We gather and record information such as your browser type, operating system, your IP address, a date/time stamp for your visit, which pages of our Sites you viewed and other statistics. This data is used to help us determine how much our visitors use specific parts of our Sites and to estimate the total number of users visiting Sites from specific countries or regions of the world. We may use the information we gather to understand our users base, analyze trends, administer the Sites, improve the quality of our Sites and Services.
Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can set your browser to reject all cookies, accept cookies from certain websites only or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Be aware, however, that some parts of our Sites may not function properly if you reject cookies. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after you close your browser.

A Note About Children
We do not intentionally gather Personal Data from visitors who are under the age of 13. Our Sites and Services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. Security of Your Personal Data
The security of your Personal Data is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the Personal Data, both during transmission and once we receive it. Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while Intemodino uses reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We may share aggregated statistical information about users with advertisers, business partners, and other third parties. We do not share personal information that you may give us to any third-parties.
